All of our items are made-to-order to ensure ethical production and sustainability.
Production typically takes 2–14 business days, depending on the item.
Pre-ordered items can take up to an extra 10-20 business days.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
